Find Your Mindset was built by 3 friends who believe that to live a fulfilled life, you should help others.
Our skill set is built upon our lived experiences which include, but are not limited to the Armed Forces, Emergency First Response and Coaching.
These experiences have led us to become experts in training and development.
We are driven by a passion for Mental Fitness, Leadership and Management and Bespoke solutions.

An individual who has seen the highs and lows of physical and mental health. An ‘average joe’ who earned a green beret as a Royal Marines Commando and later overcame serious mental illness. James believes that the key to minimising poor mental and physical health is personal development. He is passionate about sharing ways to grow and develop skills to support yourself and others physically and mentally.

 

James is an accredited MHFA England, NEBOSH and CITB Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Rich Dawson

An individual you want in a crisis or to resolve a conflict situation. Rich earned a green beret as a Royal Marines Reservist and spent much of his life as a Police Officer. Rich is a calming presence, reliable and someone who will
always have your back. Rich believes that the best way to win a fight, is to not have one in the first place. He is passionate about teaching people leadership skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Rich is an accredited NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB, ECITB and FAIB instructor.

An individual who could be summed up in one word…… balance. Tim is a music, food and fitness enthusiast. Over the years he has toured in a band, owned a gym and spent countless hours in the kitchen. Tim believes that the key to consistency is living a balanced life. His passion is helping people achieve their goals whilst not sacrificing their wellbeing.

 

Tim is an accredited CITB, IOSH and NEBOSH instructor. He is also a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and a CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting Coach.
